Great read Marcin. You think/write in a very similar way to the way I do! So much floating around in my head, so much experience and lessons, need to get it out into the world, or Id go crazy!

Haha, yes I do realise that it gets a bit all over the place at times. Good to read that I am not alone!

I am still "detoxing" my writing style from purely academic experience. So, hopefully in the long run, I can emerge with my own style that is still useful for people to read.

Congratulations on your first article Marcin! The biggest step is to start, and now it’s just all the rest... haha

Thanks for the mention and a terrific article.

I live by these principles myself and it has done wonders. The concept of doing nothing as an essential part of creativity is something I never valued before and now couldn’t be without.

I also value spirituality very high and think the lack there of is partially responsible for a great deal of suffering.

Cheers on this first day ! 🎊

Elin, thank you for my first comment (AND restack!).

Yes, the first rep of everything always is a big effort in energy and resources, especially if you are a bit messy in your head like me and always start with lots of ideas. This one was a journey literally since April.

Glad to read that you, particularly with your strong core background as an artist, value doing nothing this much. I do have the feeling that artists are generally more balanced in that regard - particular those that work more practically with their hands. More traditional mental workers seem to be a bit behind there - myself included!

Thanks again, looking forward to many more days like this, and to you a great new calendar period!

Happy New Year to you too! It is always a good time to reflect and set some directions, themes or even "goals". So I am trying to write down lots of my insights, thoughts and experiences - all with a good shovel load of evidence, and a sparkle of spirituality.

Great to read that this was somewhat inspiring. What do you look forward for this year Marjaana? I know you will probably make it to Ironman World's this year, but is there anything else?
